As I moved with intention and focus, I happened to come across a blue line on the floor, and it served as an anchor for me during this meditative activity. That simple, steady line became a point of grounding, helping me stay present in the moment. The image of the blue line has stayed with me long after the class ended. It made me reflect on the powerful role that lines play in our lives—both literally and metaphorically, which then led me to explore the phenomenon of lines more deeply.
